Rion Elliot Willard took a foundation year in Art and Design at Chelsea College of Art before studying Architecture at the Bartlett School, UCL, where he is completing his thesis design in the Bartlett Interactive Workshop with Stephen Gage, and his theoretical study with Ranulph Glanville.

He has worked for a number of architectural practices in London, and in sales, where he developed his interest in human communication. He is a keen musician and performer, a member of the experimental and theatrical electro art rock group Myernark.

He has made a personal study of NeuroLinguistic Programming.
